Delivery
Purchase $35 and above, enjoy FREE delivery. Purchase $30 and above, need to pay $2 for delivery fee. For Specific time delivery requests, an additional flat rate of $10 is charged for Singapore island wide delivery
For Bulk purchases; Events, Parties, etc. (orders above $200 value), we do oblige special requests for delivery, so please do contact our friendly customer care team at 8833 0900 or WhatsApp to 8833 0900
Yes! If the order is a gift for someone else, kindly put their address in their delivery address and contact number. We can contact them when delivery is not successful.
There is a calendar option during check-out that shows the delivery dates available for you to indicate your preferred delivery slot. Yongle Preferred Food offers next-day deliveries to orders that are submitted and confirmed before 1pm.
Cut-off Time:
Before 1pm place order, valid for next working day deliver.
After 1pm place order, only valid for next two working day deliver.
Deliver Time Option:
10am-1pm, 2pm-5pm and 7pm-10pm.

You may check our website for the available delivery slots upon checking out your cart.
You may make changes to your delivery address up to 1pm ONE day before your expected delivery date. You will receive a confirmation email when your address has been successfully updated. Only valid 1 time change the delivery address.
At the moment, click-and-collect services are not available. All online orders will be delivered to the address you have entered at checkout.
For food hygiene purposes, no deliveries shall be left outside the door without an acknowledgement from the customer. Please make sure that someone is available at your selected time slot to collect your products.

Unfortunately, we do not offer real-time tracking of products at the moment. However you can be rest assured that your products will be delivered to you at your allocated delivery time slot. If you have not received your purchases at that time, do WhatsApp/Wechat us.

Yes, prices on our website are included of Goods & Services Tax (GST).
