Thaw the dumplings slightly, place into frying pan when oil is sufficiently hot, slowly fry dumplings till golden yellow on low heat, you can coat the dumplings with batter prior to frying for added taste.
Place dumplings in a frying pan with just enough oil to cover base of pan. Fry for 1 minute, then add half a cup of water, cover frying pan, fry till water dries up (about 7 minutes), pan-fried dumplings ready to serve.
Put the dumplings into boiling water (without thawing), gently stir with a spoon, cover and boil with medium heat for 5 minutes, then remove cover and boil for a further 2 minutes.
Place frozen dumplings in the steamer or electric steamer, spray water on the surface of dumplings, steam for 12 mins.
