Delivery Information

How many slot for delivery provide？

Monday to Sunday including of Public Holiday, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. (“Slot 1”) , 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.  (“Slot 2”) or 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.  (“Slot 3”). 

Is delivery provided for my online order?

Yes, we provide islandwide deliver.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE for orders above S$35, For orders above S$30, a delivery fee of $2 will be applicable.

How fast is express delivery? 

While we will use our best endeavours to deliver food orders in accordance with assigned slots, delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to bad weather or traffic, and delivery time may vary.

How is the order delivered?

Our orders are delivered using selected delivery partners and our own in-house team. All deliveries will be treated with the utmost care.

When will my order be processed?

Customers are able to select their preferred delivery slots, save that such delivery slots are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.

Deliveries shall be done any time during the hours set out in the respective slots.

What happens if I am not home to collect my parcel? 

A 2nd attempt to deliver will be arranged if the 1st delivery is unsuccessful.. If delivery is required, charges will apply.
